Come one, come all to the Art Fair and Youth Concert -
Saturday, April 12th, 2008 from 2-6 pm!  The Music and Arts Committee will be presenting
a day of fine music and inspiring art to stimulate your mind
and feed your spirit.

Art Fair:
Our lovely patio and beautiful new Fellowship Hall will be the site of the art exhibition, displaying pieces from church members as well as members of the community and beyond.  There will be oil and acrylic paintings, photography, painted furniture, woodworking, rock painting, mosaics, fabric painting, stitchery, quilts, handmade dolls, sculpture, and pottery.  Margaret Stewart, DHPC member and author, will bring her mysteries, and you may be able to persuade her to autograph them! 

Some of the art will be available for purchase, with 20% of the proceeds benefitting our new Fellowship Hall. 

Entrance is FREE to the Art Fair.

Youth Concert:
At 4:00 pm , four exceptionally talented young musicians will begin performing in the Sanctuary and will present a variety of beautiful selections.  Despite their ages, each of these musicians are tremendously accomplished with strong performance resumes.

12 year old Peter Eom, Cello
15 year old Karen Nguyen, Piano
12 year old Jennifer Chiang, Piano & Flute

Tickets for the Youth Concert are available from the Music and Arts Committee - $5 per individual or $10 for a family, with proceeds benefitting our new Fellowship Hall. Entrance to the Art Fair is FREE.
